Petrol attendant was checking oil and water. He for some odd reason didn't see that the rod to keep the bonnet up was still in. He then pulled my bonnet down which caused my bonnet to lift and damaged the hinge, My bonnet doesn't align and you can see into the bonnet.
I spoke to the owner and he doesn't seem interested. He delays and delays and tells me to come back tomorrow.
I am 21 years old and out of respect i did not cause a scene or make an issue about it. I have been waiting patiently for the last 3 weeks for him to sort it out but it seems as if he just doesn't seem interested. What happened to keeping the client happy and respecting the client?
If this had to happen to someone older i GUARANTEE this would have been sorted out long time ago. PATHETIC SERVICE from the owner.
