I am very delighted as I'm writing this compliment to tempest, nowadays you don't easily get a good service from a consultant especially over a phone, I called tempest to book a car since I was battling to make a reservation with my tablet. I decided to call in and I spoke to Themba when he answered my call he told me that he is in a middle of a contract with a client and he took my numbers and promised to get back to me in 5 to 10 minute in the back of my mind I said to myself his not going to call me back cause that's what most of the consultant do! Make promises that they can not keep.
After 15 minute Themab called me back and the first thing he said to me was KINDLY ACCEPT MY HUMBLE APOLOGY FOR KEEPING YOU WAITING FOR MY CALL SIR, if that's how you guys train your stuff well done to management...
With this mindset he has a great future in this business and I hope he gets this email
