Incorrect item received

I ordered an item from Citymob and when it was delivered it was totally incorrect. I then sent an email asking how to return the item with no repsonse received, i had to escalate an then got a response. They have advised that they will colelct the item and refund the funds but no inmdication how this will happen or when it will happen
not sure thayt they understand the meaning of customer service
