REPORTED IT-NO MANAGER ONLY ASSISTANT TOTALLY NOT INTERESTED!!! -SCREAMED ON A MALE CLEANER MALE RESPONSIBLE FOR HYGIENE IN LADIES ROOM (MY WORD) HE SCREAMED AT A LADY WHO STARTED SWEARING AT ME CLICKED HER TONG AND SEND ME TO... i WENT BACK TO MR NAMELESS ASSISTANT MANAGER WHO WAS THEN "GONE" I INFORMED THEM I AM FILING A REPORT ON HELLOPETER. I PHONED HEAD OFFICE 0800027027..SHELL SA-NO HUMAN!! TO TALK TO ONLY MACHINE TO LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE/ I CONTACTED THE DURBAN BRANCH ON 0315711000-SAME STORY NO HUMAN LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO-I NOW REALIZE WHY SHELL SA SERVICE . THE PUBLIC MUST REPORT THIS CASE OF SERVICE WE PAY FOR AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE UNFIT/INCOMPETANT FOR THEIR JOB. BEE IS THE WORST THING THAT COULD EVER HIT SA. WE ARE GOING DOWN THE DRAIN SO FAST BECAUSE OF THIS WE GONA BEAT ZIMBABWE. I PHONED AGAIN FROM MY CELL INFORMING THE LADY I USE A CELL.
