Missing Item from Delivery

I bought a Top Cupcake Mould Kit from Groupon SA on 10 January 2013. I received the delivery 4 weeks later and one item (the free idea book with with fun tips and recipes) was missing. I reported it and received a reference number on the 05 February 2013. On 01 March 2013 and phoned the Head Office in Cape Town and spoke to Zulfa. She told me that I would receive the missing item no later than 06 March 2013. Yesterday I again phoned, because it still wasn't delivered to me. I am still waiting for this item as I cannot use the mould without the instructions. What am I supposed to do with something I can't use? BAD SERVICE!!!
