It beats as to why Absa would choose Sasol out of all petrol service company to begin with Sasol network is wide with very few stores. in CT the is only 4 stores i know off in Montague, Parklands, Bellville and Maitland... i have to travel 10 Km to get to any of them, i have a Total at my door stop and my office gate never mind that i pass a handful of Engine garages jst to go for a bad service at Montague Sasol shop, they take my card away from me which substantially mean i must follow it, this is because they are not willing to teach their attendants how to operate the machine in this age when other companies are moving towards self service...
i wanna get at a garage swipe my card n drive off to face up with bad attitude lack of customer service cashiers all in less than 7 minutes.
Absa needs to do something about this or take this buzness elsewhere before i take mine elsewhere.
