So i go fill up there i plan to swipe my Absa card ofcoz, now this happens i tell the petrol attended il swipe he asks for my card... tentatively i give it to him... he walks away to the store a minute later he yell 4 his colleague to ask me if its cheque or savings... so i decide il go investigate, i get inside i ask how do they plan to operate my card without me? and i ask isn't their machine mobile because i can see it is... guess what the luckily light colored lady with bad attitude and no approach lets not mention no customer service experience tells me that the petrol attendants cant operate the machine and her boss has decided she must do it for them... so she will do the purchase and then they will bring the machine for me to put my pin... here is my thing... all those petrol attendants are black and the store is not willing to train them to operate the machine and i as a consumer must suffer.
they waste my time and are doing an illegal act by taking my card away from me. girls attitude stinks the worst part is that Absa out of all service companies chose SASOL for their petrol cash back reward. A company who isn't willing to develop their staff in this day in age in the SA.
