My vehicle was involved in a motor accident on 1 July 2013 and the insurers gave authorisation for the repairs on the 26 of July 2013. To date i have not received my vehicle the range of excuses has been ridiculous:
1. The parts take 30 odd days as they are imported (the vehicle is a Jeep)
2. The motor industry was on strike.
3. Parts had to be reordered
The list goes on finally, we received a call to pick up our vehicle on the 28th of November, however after that call we received another call at 6:30 PM (note the crazy hour) to say that there is a fault and further repairs have to be done. On Saturday 1 Decemebr we went to Technostar to pick up the vehicle and guess what the incompetent fools did not recode the keys and hence to date i do not have my car.
Absolutely frustrated and vol!
