Cheap cars - EXPENSIVE / UNAVAILABLE PARTS

Please explain to me... Tata is one of the cheaper cars available but to get parts when you have a breakdown is impossible... and if you do get a spare part by a huge miracle the prices are so expensive that you can not afford it... why cant people be informed: please note that when you purchase this vehicle that your parts will not be available or you will have to pay an arm and a leg to get the thing back on to the road...

Where do you get your parts from??? AND WHY O WHY THE EXUBERANT PRICES!!!
