Still without Vehicle: 3 months late

I have waited quite patiently for someone to contact me. I phoned 021 408 2914 on Friday and the person was quite taken by my situation promising me that he will most definitely follow up as it is unacceptable. It is Monday and again I contacted the customer care number trying to find out where my vehicle is.

I am now still waiting for someone to follow up and let me know when my vehicle will be returned in a working condition and why I had not received it back yet.
