I have dealt with a number of panel beaters in the past, and have never encountered one that was willing to go the extra mile like Automagic - Silverton. I had an incident and my insurance booked my vehicle at Automagic - Silverton. Before booking my car I spoke to Jan to find out the expected TAT that my vehicle will be with them as my work is dependent on a car. Jan originally said 10 - 15 business days, however he said he will try his best to get the vehicle back to me as soon as possible. Needless to say I received my vehicle back within 5 days. Well done to Jan and his team on a great effort and for being willing to go the extra mile! I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this branch!
