Beware PPS acts negligently to customers Detrament

My 2013 Q3 is insured with PPS . I was in an Accident in Aug'13 and PPS instructed me to have my car fixed at Automagic Steeldale, I acted on the instruction and the vehicle was fixed. In Nov'13 (now) I had another accident with a truck and the PPS Assessor (Urnest) asked me to bring the vehicle to him to be assessed, I asked why he was doing it and not Automagic like the last time. Urnest told me and my husband that we cannot go there as Automagic Steeldale is NOT and approved AUDI panel beater and this may affect my Warranty &Motor Plan. Automagic confirmed that they are not Audi approved and I confirmed with AUDI SA that my vehicle warranty and motor plan now will be a problem AND the retail value of my Car has decreased as a result of a non-AUDI dealer having worked on it! I plan to sell and PPS will pay. PPS do not act in the interest of there customers and are negligent to probably save money for themselves! I will take legal action & take this to the Insurance Ombudsman. PPS must settle this car in full now as it has been compromised by their negligence. It's there resp. as a professional body to know better and I will not be a victim of their incompetence. Ridiculous
