It is strange that I see so many bad reports here on Hellopeter as I was quite satisfied. Good turnover time, didn't wait as long as expected. My vehicle has been fixed and looks as good as new. Shepherd was very helpful in accommodating me before 8:00 even though that is the official business hours. On my way home I found a bottle of touch up paint which they left for me - now THAT is what I call going the extra mile. While they have the matching paint at hand, just put a little in a touch up bottle. So little to do but it means so much to the customer. Thank you.
