General Motors South Africa
This is no coincidence

I recently bought a new chevy utility 1400I for my business it has 60 000km on now and has been serviced 3 times at the Vanderbijlpark branch and now lastly at Vereeniging branch. Just for starters my bakkie has only been washed ones. Before that the other 3 times including Thursday they told me we are sorry but it was to busy to wash your car. They phoned me the day before for collection.

I don't believe that can be a coincidence and do believe they do the more expensive cars first and then the cheaper ones.

After receiving the bakkie I realised that the power steering fluid have not been checked nor topped up and also noticed that there is still mud on the wheel nuts so the front wheels have not been taken off. Spoke to them about it and return the chevy the next day again.
When I returned, the chevy lost some tyre pressure on the right front tyre after they didn't offer to fix it only to inflate it I was on my way to realise that the wheel alignment was totally out. The tyre has not lost pressure since and believe they are upset with me and drove the car recklessly. I don't see business growing with service like that and lost my support after my 5th GM unit bought.
