I had a very upsetting experience with these guys. Firstly they are very bad at communicating to clients on a status update, if you call they promise to call you back and then just go mute till you call again. Even their internal communication is bad because the workshop says one thing, the reception says another and the advisor says another. When they clarify it there is no apology for having misled you. The arrogance of thinking they doing you a favour is evident. But thats not it, they require the payment of excess before they even do the job... I mean?!
