Needed a service for my car but didnt want to use the usual dealership and thought I'd get better service at the above mentioned dealer. My car was not serviced in a while so some pulley broke and I was not prepared to drive it there so the guy came to my house with a belt that apoarently had to be changed on the car for which I paid R700 (no invoice provided). After a few days they collected the car with a tow truck and told me the service wouldn't cost more than R4000. Weeks passed, everytime I would call I would either get excuses or they just wouldn't take my calls. Eventually I was told the service now costs R11000 and when I questioned them about it, the amount came down to R8000. After a month I collected the car and paid R5000 and the balance was to be paid by the end of the following month. Not even two weeks later and my samp cover breaks which leads to checking the oil just to find out that wasn't even changed. Now that I try to contact them re this problem, no one can assist and im stuck with a luxury car that seems to be falling apart. To top it all off, they kept my service book. What scares me is that no paper work was ever provided and these guys refuse to asist
