PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DONT HAVE

I purchased a polo gti from halfway4ways in nov2012. I was told that the car had a full service history but only to realise that there was involved. my car is a sitting duck as the cam belt has snapped resulting in bent valves. when i bought the car the milleage was 105k, it is now doing 110k and the belt cut!!! when i called the shop where the belt was changed last they say the car has never been there even though there is FOUR stamps in the book.

i paid a further R5000 for extended warranty but when i claimed they refuse to pay because halfway4ways sold me a car which they did not do the neccessary checks with nmi!

i email the dealership every 2 days but not once did i get a reply or a fonecall. it is now way over a month i am without a vehicle and paying installment insurance tracking unit for a vehicle i dont have
