Citroen
Cambelt Problem

*On the 29 October I took my car in to Citroen Hatfield to fix the cambelt kit, filters, tensioners, crank pulley, v-belt and water pump. The cost was R12008.68.
*On 15 January 2013 the tensioner of the cambelt broke and they replaced it at their cost. They said it was because there was no cover for the cambelt. So they said a stone could have damaged the cambelt. I bought the cover for R698.
*On the 14 February 2013 the tensioner broke in the same place and they said it's because of a bolt and charged me R629 for the cambelt kit and the bolt.
*On 11 March 2013 the tensioner broke again, so it was not the bolt from the previous incident or the cover, they still don't know the cause of the problem. and they want me to pay R1592.96. I believe I should not pay for this, because the cambelt should be under guartentee and the tensioner always breaks on the same place, can't they find the cause of the problem here? They keep on saying the problem is this and that so they put the blame on me but they should do a proper diagnostic and find the problem and not just replace the cambelt kit everytime. The receptionist is also very rude to me and she doesn't want to hear me out on this.
