How long should I wait?

Booking made for the 18th, unfortunately due to me not have my drivers licence on me was requested to get an affadavit as I only had a copy. On Tuesday, i go in to collect with said affadavit and get asked whether I moved booking, spoke to Vincent and told him that he never informed me that I needed to move booking was told to get document which I did, informed him I am client and do not know what their process is and he should have made me aware of this. Arrangements made for booking to be moved to today, however should they have a vehicle coming in yesterday they would contact me at 16.00 on the 19th regardless and advise.
Spoke to Nicole yesterday after calling in and she advised they would have a vehicle only available today. just called the office and spoke to Phumi, she then advises there is no booking for me!!!??? She would get them to contact me. What lack of communication and service is this? I requested feedback within an hour, clearly AVIS does not need business... My patience has run thin
