I had my car repaired by Randow in 2010. My husband was involved in an accident, while I was in hospital. The damage was quite bad on the right hand side doors. As the total cost was about R 20 000. About two weeks ago someone opened their door against my car. And suddenly the paint is falling off on both doors. We took it back and they said, that we don't have a warranty on the paint job. Im not a panel beater, but it is clear that something is wrong there that the paint just now suddenly (only on doors repaired) is falling off. But what really upset me is that you don't take any responsibility if you did something wrong or made a mistake. I obtained a quote from another supplier now and they will provide me with a lifetime warranty on the paint. O and their quote is almost half that you quoted me now again to repair the doors.
Really disgusting service!
