I would just like to express my sincere gratitude for the service I have received from you. I have recently transferred to an office in a small town, and believe me when I say, the service level in which you have represented your company was SO MUCH higher that what I have experienced lately, and if any of these company's should ever as me where they can benchmark on customer sevice, I would most definitely recommend you.
I utterly enjoyed that I did not have to run around after you for information on progress on my vehicle. Your updates where not only prompt, but the friendliness attached to it made it even more pleasant.
You know getting into an accident over any time can be so inconvenient, but you have really made my life so easy and carefree during this time.
I thank you for you professionalism and friendliness once again! This was a really refreshing experience!!
