I bought a car from GM Motor in Nigel in November and arranged to register my car in January. The sales person i was dealing with was Kevin Roux. I also arranged with him for personalised number plates. He told me that i have to give him the money in cash because they don't keep so much petty cash and he has to pay cash for the number plates. i received my car in November and in January my Number plates. I then requested my registration papers. When i received the documents it had a different registration number on the papers. I then contacted the branch and we realised the number plates on my car is FAKE. i was driving with FAKE number plates for 3 months. If a police officer or traffic department had pull me off they would have arrested me for FAKE number plates... Yesterday Adele and the team at GM Motors at Nigel really went out of her way to assist me with this problem and dealing with i very upset customer as i was extremely upset. Must say thanks to the team and dealing with this. This is definitely my worst car buy experience i ever had... i will never buy a car from any GM Motors again...
