On 26 June 2013 I left my wallet at Absa Kathu's internet kiosk.By the time I realised it, the bank was already closed and I had to wait until the next day to report it.
The wallet was not there anymore, but we were able to make use of the CCTV camera to determine what happened to it. Long story short, the wallet was eventually recovered and the money that was in it, is being paid back by the person who took it. Throughout this whole process Angela, the branch manager really went out of her way to assist in resolving the issue, and kept me informed of progress all the time.
