I logged a complaint twice now on Ford's website. I have logged a compliant on hellopeter and still no feedback or response from Ford at all. So what does one do now? Take it as the service you get from Ford and never buy the product again or maybe get some assistance eventually? I also saw in the one car magazine that Ford dropped ten places to being one of the poorest after salesservice providers so this makes sense to me. They rather seem to concentrate on just getting sales up and no after sales service, because they already got their part done for themselves and don't care to cater for the people that support them in sales? Where do I go from here to get assistance in this matter?
