This year alone I have in and out of the dealership no less than 6 times on repair issues. My car is a 2011 Audi A4, having clocked 65 000 km and still under motor plan. Today has been one of those days. With my car making one obnoxious from the front left wheel, I took the car to the dealership for diagnosis and repair. After it had spent seven hours at the dealership, I was informed around 15H15 that one or other rubber on the shock mounting needs replacing. The issue then became that the part has to be ordered. Fair enough. Then I was told to take my car and I that I will be informed when the part has arrived. Now, the obnoxious sound aside, I am driving that car, picking up my kid from school with all the safety concerns predominant in my mind. I'm not going to start whining now. Instead I would like to challenge the manager at the dealership to just drive with my car for one day. one day only, and then tell me what peace of mind he/she had.
