Phone Renault to ask about a key and they told me that its going to cost me over R3000 and when I asked if just bring the car in for the programming they transfer me. Spoke to Kevin and he is also trying to tranfer me three times cutting my calls.
The receptionist also put me on hold for sometime. I am not sure why Renault Rustenburg is so unprofessional. Its my second complain in less than 4 months. never had such problems with Renault Route 24 in Germistion.
