I handed in documents at DHL, Boskruin in Johannesburg on Friday 8 Nov. to be send by DHL Express to Windhoek/Namibia. I was promised that delivery would be on Monday. According to DHL's Tracking website the letter arrived at Sort Facility WINDHOEK - NAMIBIA the next day, Saturday 9 Nov. at 07:37. Up to now (Thursday 14 Nov. 16:30) the letter was still not delivered. The many phone calls to DHL's customer service (Ref No 229727979) brought no help. Even local inquiries by the receiver in Windhoek were unsuccessful. I have been told that Mrs Phindili, Senior Tracing Advisor would look into the matter and come back to me. This has not happened so far. Considering the service I have paid for, the complete failure of a timely delivery and the lack of response from the company is more than disappointing.
