VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I went to your new branch in Midrand on the 23rd of August 2013 and paid R3223.70 for a full service on my Golf. After replacing the rear wheel Bearings on my vehicle I have had non stop problems. I went back to the dealer TWICE afterwards saying their is a sound on my car that wasn't there. They assured me there was nothing wrong. I went for a second opinion at Speedy's Midrand where they told me that it is DEFINITELY the rear bearings, which were replaced. 2 weeks ago I took it back to the midrand branch where they replaced the wheel bearings again. This morning my left wheel nearly came off its axle. Because I do not trust your branch in Midrand I went to Speedys where they replaced my supposedly brand new bearings and had to replace my now damaged stub axle. This cost me R750-00. I took a letter from Speedys to your branch manager "Divan" and he was rude and unhelpful aswell as unwilling to pay me the R750 which I had to pay for YOUR mistakes. I want to be compensated in FULL for my inconvenience and I would like to lodge a formal complaint against mr. Divan (surname unknown) as he is an arrogant, unhelpful, rude person. I am
