I recently purchased a FIAT bakkie from Willow Crest motors. Upon receiving the vehicle I was informed that the road worthy certificate had expired. I took the vehicle for a road worthy certificate and was told that the rear shocks were leaking and not in great condition. I then called Willow Crest motors and was told I could replace the shocks and I would be reimbursed. I did so and had sent the receipts through to willow crest motors. I have had 1 response to numerous emails and that's it. I spent R4000 and I still have not heard anything as of yet. This has gone from a great experience to a bit of a problematic one. I would like this to be sorted out!
