BAD SERVICE - Cant believe it

I bought a 2011 Ford Figo TDCI fron Action Ford Roodepoort in September 2012 - it had just under 50000km on the clock, so almost brand new. We have taken the car back to them twice already for an oil leak that persisted and it was never fixed, we were told its a diesel leak, do they think we stupid. We booked the car in for a THIRD time on the 5 July 2013 and low and behold we get a call from the mechanic asking us what the problem was, because the motor was sprayed down and he could not see the oil leaks. The mechani then drove around with the car and guess what there was oil leaking from the top of the motor and at the bottom aswell.

Today we get a call from FORD ROODEPOORT and we are told that we will be liable for this account as someone has fiddled with the car, hello it was the FORD MECHANICS. The car is still under motor warranty and this needs to be covered by that.

We were told that they are using a silicone gasket maker and that will resolve the issue, This was told to us TWICE... What a JOKE, issue still not resolved. The car is there for three days already and they have not said when the car will be ready6.

Its also impossible to speak to someone in authority.
