Having purchased an item and wishing to return it due to it being the incorrect item purchased, I spoke with the Manager. I was advised "no invoice, no return, and 15% handling fee will be applied". I explained that I no longer have the invoice, that the 15% charge was was against the CPA, and that the price tag is clearly still firmly attached to the packaging (which contains their brand name). The response was a simple flat refusal to exchange the item, indicating that I may well have removed the price sticker and placed it on another box! I suggested he inspect it, to which he refused. He was rude, arrogant and dismissive. I am a 40 something year old woman, not a teen punk .. but one would believe the latter having heard how I was spoken to by this rude man!
