The packers opened boxes that I had already sealed with personal belongings and jewellery and helped themselves to everything from antique jewellery to collectable coins and other rare currency before resealing the boxes. The had been instructed not to touch the boxes that I had already sealed. This I only discovered when unpacking. They also did a shocking job when it came to packing... glassware was packed with pots & pans. Kitchenware was packed with clothing... the list goes on and on and as I continue to unpack, I still find more and more items missing
Boxes and packing material were also in short supply
They also changed the shipping agents and the date with notifying us. Luckily, I was on top of this and managed to track down where our container was before it was too late
Unfortunately, this happened in May 2012. I am so sorry I never complained earlier. Perhaps this would have saved a lot of heartache for many
