No feedback, damaged goods, non delivery on promis

We contracted with Biddulphs to do our move from Gauteng to Mpumalanga. They were supposed to do packing and wrapping, did 20% of packing, arrived late on both days to do packing as well as loading days. Truck leaked 50% of boxes were soaked and half broken upon arrival. They contracted casuals in Mpu after the sales person Marie promised that the team doing the loading would do the off loading, at arrival of new house truck got stuck, we had to arrange for shuttle vehicle, cost carried by us on top of removal charges, casuals had no idea of off loading etc. many damaged goods due to this, and above all no contact whatsoever from Biddulphs, I had to phone to find out what is happening, where are they, why do you have casuals and I had to pay the casuals as the driver claimed he only had R100 for each casual, this is unfair labour practice, how can they send a truck with no people and not enough cash to pay fair wage for day and make it customers problem? And charge a small fortune to do the move? We've used them a few times and never had any issues, we will definitely not use Biddulphs again or recommend them to anyone. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.
