I am very disapointed with the attitude of the service receptionist.
I received an SMS from Volvo informing to check whether my vehicle needs to be serviced. It gave the Volvo Umhlanga number.
I called the number and the lady giving her name as "nu" was very rude. Her voice clarity is bad and her listening skills terrible. I have to repeat my name 3 times. Also she only tells me after me speaking for 30 seconds asking which dealership i want? If this number is for several dealerships at least have the courtesy of telling me this when I call.
I really doubt I would ever buy another Volvo again.
