Booking confirmed for 26/11/13 - Amos phoned and asked that we load 25/11/13. Truck confirmed for 3:30 truck turned up at 20:20. 8.5 ton truck as per quote. 3.5 truck arrived. Due to the fact they changed the collection date I was told that I would be assisted with packing. This did not happen!! There were 9 extra boxes due to the hasty packing. The company decided to charge an extra R700 for this. They completed packing the truck at 12:30. Turned up with 2 men to collect. The flat was on 3rd floor which we were charged for.
Removals were due for arrival on the 26/11 @ 19:00 they turned up at 03:30 in the morning to offload. We requested this be done at 05:00. They would not allow this. they demanded payment immediately or they would not offload. When dealing with Amos he was unreasonable. I can not receive a tax invoice!!! The constant lack of communication and is unacceptable. PLEASE BE WARNED!!!
