On 23 January, I took my car to service at Toyota Barloworld Centurion- they assigned a trainee as a service adviser (based on his business card) who didn't know anything about his job at all. they changed some parts for my car (Toyota corolla) without asking me if i want to do it or not. however each time when i took my car to service, they called me before changing any parts. because at the end of the day i should pay the bill. at 12:00 my husband called Toyota to find out if they want to change any parts, service consultant wasn't at the office and after one hour he called back but he didn't know any thing about the parts which they had changed on my car he just said that they did the major service. at the end of the day they gave me the bill and they charged me R1900 for changing the parts. when I complain to the manager whose name was Jimmy Van Der Linde, he behaved very very veryyy rude. I cannot believe, Was he a manager or a rude school boy??? I reminded him many times to be respectful. Here is a question why Toyota employ such rude and low level person as a manager???
