I am a very upset customer of vw umhlanga, I have purchased 3 cars from them (1 citi rox an 2 polo vivos), there after service is pathetic, when u tell them that there is sumthing wrong with the car they insist that u did, for example the first polo vivo we purchased in 3 days had a tyre problem, an the sales manager kevin insists that I drove into a pothole when I am the drive n I know that I did not, kevin is a very rude n arrogant person I dnt know how Hema the dealer principle can employ sumone of that caliber. He has no way of talking to his customer, he forgets who pays his salary. His attitude sinks, trys to act like a white man. Now with my second polo vivo which I have purchased in march this year, from the previous owner the brakes was done @ 28000km and the client did not fully do his brakes and discs due to it havin life, and he was advised that his car mus go back @ 42000km, so when I purchased the car@31000km, it was not brought to my attention that the needed to go in, now that the car has a problem vw umhlanga tells me that its a 30 days warranty, and of wear n tear of the vehicle, YES I do UNDERSTAND wear n tear. Please call me for info as it does nt fit
