CUSTOMER VEHICLE MISUSE

10/10/2013 our vehicle was taken in for repairs at Ford Klerksdorp in the North West. They quoted us for all the works to be done in order for the vehicle to be fully repaired. We than paid R50 000.00, few days later they revert back to us with a revised quote the amount was more than the initial quote that was sent previously. we found this to be odd, but they said that they forgot to include some of the things they needed to do. We reluctantly accepted as we didn't have any choice. what's more disturbing few days later it came to our attention our vehicle is been speeding and been driven around Klerksdorp area according to our tracker report. I therefore sent an email to Ford and requested for the managers intervention as this is unacceptable, for us to think that our vehicle is been repaired but all along been driven around at that speed..I informed Ford that we will take no responsibility for the Traffic fines accumulated by them and for the extra kilos created in our vehicle. I am disappointed to say that after several emails sent to Ford to this day I never received their feedback. The cartrack report and emails will be forwarded to Hallopeter as proof..Thank you
