My daughter bought a Hyundai Gets secondhand which the warranty did not expired also the service plan she took the car for a service also book the outside electric mirrors not working she was told they need to order them and can take three to four weeks after about three months she was called to bring the car on 04/05/2013 the mirrors is ready to be fitted we left the car about 08hoo that morning at the work shop about a hour later she receives a Sm's from the service adviser telling her the mirrors was not painted but Martin will sort this out the week of 06/05/2013 I personally call them in this week to make sure the mirrors gets painted this morning she went back to leave the car for fitment of the mirrors only to discover the mirrors was painted the wrong colour every time she needs to drive from Callinan and with the price of petrol I don't think its fair to a customer it seems to me there is no controle also not the service I expected from a wold class company like Hyundia this very bad service also a dont care attitude.
