Pathetic service again from Kia

My wife took a car to Kia Germiston to have the noise that was coming from the engine checked. This was on the 23 October 2013. We were told that they suspected a gear box and they took it to be repaired at Mayfair gearbox. We were also told that this will take the maximum of 2weeks to have the gearbox checked and repaired. We have been regularly calling Kia Germiston to follow up without success.
On numerous times I had to speak to the receptionist because the technician was not around to take my call. I left messages but he did not call me back. Eventually early last week on the 4/11/13 I got hold of person by the name if Ice who promised to follow up with the gearbox repairer and call me back but did not. The next day I called again and I was now transferred to Anton (if I remember the name correctly), he also promised to call back but did not. I then called back and was told by Anton that he could not get hold of anyone at Mayfair where the gearbox is.
As you can see the only time Kia Germiston seem to do anything is when I call, otherwise nothing is happening they don't care. How can Kia have a repairer who they do not know how to get hold of?
Pathetic service..AGAIN..
