I took my Suzuki Alto in Wed, 3 July to have a problem with the front left wheel checked on and fixed.
A week and a half later and I still have not got my car back, and neither Global Hatfield Service department nor Mayfair Gearbox can give me any idea as to when it will be sorted.
According to Mayfair's website they pride themselves in being service driven as well as fast, friendly and efficient. I have yet to experience this.
Can I please get my car fixed and returned!?
