My car went for a service on the 1172013 at BMW SMG Cape Town & on the 06112013 my brakes pads gave in I immediately contacted BMW & questioned them as to why was not informed that my brakes pads was almost finish they said they will have to check the job card then get back to me which they never did. On the 07112013 my wife phoned them on 0215256000 & spoke to Gavin & told him that I phoned the prevouis day & he said that they can't find the job card but they will fetch the car the next day to check the full extend of the damage before they can assist. On the 08112013 at 10h50 Gavin fetch the car without a tow truck I then told them that the brakes are metal to metal & they will cause further damage he took the car anyway & at 12h15 he phoned me to inform me that my brake pads & disc are damage & it will cost R3000 to be fixed I wasn't happy with their answer as I only needed brake pads but now my disc is also damage my wife then phoned the centre manager Ashraf he then told her he will investigate at 14h05 Gavin phoned me to inform me to collect my car I then refuse cause BMW fetch my car they should return it Ashraf then phoned me to tell me they will charge me R2800
