Got an unexpected call from Tommy @ Ferodo Head office in SA and he explained the situation and that they would arrange a meeting with me to check the extent of my SQUEELING PIG's problem.
Not long after that Bertie phoned and came to have a look at the problem.
Not being actually "FERODO's" problem, as the front brakes needed to be "skimmed" (because of wear) before replacing the old brake pads with new pads, they came to collect my car (at my convenience) and "skimmed" the front brakes and fitted a NEW set of front brakes. Thank you VERY much and I really appreciate your kind help in this regard.
Even above and beyond they have also given me a set for the back brakes, for replacement when they need to be changed in the future, even though they are a different make to Ferodo, thanx Bertie!!!
I will keep your contact details and will again be a Ferodo buyer in the near future.
