I went to london pie co shop (shop 21a if i recall correct) to buy my husband and me a pie (as they best i have ever tasted). The service i got was shocking. I wanted a receipt and told, sorry no receipts. When i got the pies, they didnt smell right but still took a bite. Well the instant i tasted I knew it was off (old). I complained straight away and was told.. If you dont like our pies off and find another shop. We dont need your business. I was utterly shocked. Even the people waiting for their orders couldnt believe what they heard. I was so embarrassed and humiliated. I asked for the manager and was told.. I am the manager so off away from my shop. I gave her back the pies and told her i would lay a complaint. She told me.. Go ahead, my shop, my rules.
