Went to BP today (Fri 13 sep 2013) and got 2 pies coz of the friday is pie day special. I declined the free pepsi. I was charged full price for both pies. Ive looked up the promotion guidlines and it is not specified that i have to take the pepsi (i understand i cant take any other drink, but the pepsi is a free offer on the purchase of 2 pies so i chose not to take it!). i quote from the promotions guidlines found on the bp website [URL Removed]).. "In order for consumers to participate
in this promotion they must purchase two (2) pies (Excluding Burger Pie) for R20.00 at any
Wild Bean Caf? or BP Express Bakery and they will receive one (1) free 440ml can of Pepsi
cola". as worded the pies are R20 for 2 pies and then you will recieve a free pepsi. I know its a small amount, its not the money really, its the principal and incompetence of your staff that annoys me.
