Cash back not paid since 14Aug 2013!

Hello,
I have purchased a Tata from Tata Pretoria-North and as part of the deal they have promised me a R14000 cash back. Initially this would have been deposited into the MFC account and therefore instalments were only suppose to be deducted from my account from next year February. I was under the impression that this was done as promised until MFC started deducting instalments from my bank account. As this was not suppose to happen it affected my credit record.
