Where do i start... maybe with the fact that I had ordered a part from this dealership about two months ago & have yet not received anything. I was provided a turnaround time of 21 days as the part needed to be specially ordered, which I accepted. I have since attempted on numerous occasions attempted to obtain feedback from the service advisor, Rolanda, with no success. The only feedback received is that the "the part has not arrived" - and that is the one in 10 times that i actually get through to her. No response to messages left or emails sent. I dont expect a particularly high level of service, but common courtesy as a minimum!
