We traded in my car & bought another at Nissan Hermanus on 04/11/13. before we received the vehicle we noticed some faults that needed to be fixed. after receiving it, I drove home & noticed that the car shudders when I break & there is a "knock" at the left front wheel when turning left or going over bumps (to name a few, more minor faults not mentioned now). I took it straight back that afternoon & was told to bring it in the next morning. I did, but the person did not relay the message as he was off this day. It has now been 2 days but i don't receive feedback & the "courtesy" car I got is such an unpleasant vehicle too. I would rather have kept my old vehicle if I knew I would have to hand the car in again to be fixed. Do they not check these vehicles when driving them? (when I took it for a test drive, I said something is not right when I turn left and he said he doesn't feel it.)
Its funny how pleasant sales people are when they want to sell you a car but when the sales is done & they got their money/commission they treat you like .
Now I'm the one calling to find out when I will get my car back, no feedback nor response unless I call. Pathetic follow through on sale! :-(
