NO HELP

Hi, so i am concerned! I had my brakes replaced last month but i still hear the squeaking. i spoke to matilda at Reno northcliff who told me to take my car in on Saturday and i did but no-one assisted me so i left. I battle to book the car in at Clearwater and Northcliff well they didn't help when i went through. so now I sit with a car that makes a noise and i don't know where to take it to! So can someone tell me what i need to do! I find that Bryanston was also not that great when i used to take my car so I just don't know anymore! My life and my families life is at stake here because i dont know if my brakes are worn out or its just the brakes that reno seems to have lately. So yeah would appreciate the response!
