My FNB Card was suppose to be delivered between 8:00 and 10:00. And I'm still waiting for it, I am furious because no one wants to take responsibility, I got a call from McDonald at 1:30 to tell me the courier car broke down, who's fault is it? He made it sound like he was going to get this matter fixed because he said the courier will be here before 3:30, and I'm still waiting, had to call the call centre and Veronica was not helpful at all because she was sure of anything, did not even have answers to my question, called the Local Zone depr and had to wait 10min to get through, eventually I did and a guy by the name of Zinhle transferred me to Steven, who came up with excusese and told he came but couldn't get through because of the security guards at the complex, I had to take time off twork get this card delivered, and Steven refused to come back..So much for customer services, I don't know why FNB is using this company for delivery or maybe I should just cancel with FNB so that they get the message...
